Maverick? or Rogue?

McCain seems to have his own foreign policy regarding Georgia and Russia. He's sending his own delegation over, presumably to talk to his friend, the president of Georgia.

I thought we only had one president at a time, and it's not him. So McCain is no longer a maverick - he's a rogue player, a loose cannon on the deck.

Rick Rolled by the Radio

NPR had a piece on this morning as I was waking up - literally drifting between sleep and wakefulness - about Rick-rolling. It was complete with a concise explanation, and then they played the song.

So I had the song in my head this morning while I made breakfast. Thanks for nothing, NPR!

I finally managed to supplant it with "Off to See the Wizard".
